Identify opportunities for agency growth through market expansion, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance on sales strategies, client engagement, and deal closing.
Set sales targets and performance goals for the business development team, ensuring alignment with agency revenue objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the team.
High-Level Client Engagement
Manage relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms of agreement with major clients.
Serve as the face of the agency in key client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Partnership Development
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with other businesses, technology providers, and industry influencers to enhance the agency’s offerings and market position.

Market Expansion & Industry Expertise

Revenue Tracking & Reporting

Ensure that revenue targets and business growth objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on digital marketing or advertising.
Proven experience in managing high-value client relationships and closing large deals.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
