
Business Development Executive I
The Business Development Executive I is a role responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales process for the agency's services. This role involves learning the basics of business development and sales, with a focus on lead generation and initial client outreach.
Scope of Work
Support lead generation efforts and prospect new clients.
Assist the Business Development Manager in nurturing client relationships and setting up meetings.
Roles and Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients within target markets using various lead generation tools.
Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to prospective clients to introduce the agency’s services.
Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the Business Development Manager or Senior Executives.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support the sales process.
Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects within the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Attend client meetings to observe and assist in client presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the agency’s service offerings.
Provide administrative support in tracking the sales funnel and preparing sales reports for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 year of experience in business development, sales, or related role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
