Business Development Executive I

The Business Development Executive I is a role responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales process for the agency's services. This role involves learning the basics of business development and sales, with a focus on lead generation and initial client outreach.

Scope of Work

  • Support lead generation efforts and prospect new clients.

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in nurturing client relationships and setting up meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients within target markets using various lead generation tools.

  • Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to prospective clients to introduce the agency’s services.

  • Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the Business Development Manager or Senior Executives.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support the sales process.

  • Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects within the CRM system.

  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

  • Attend client meetings to observe and assist in client presentations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the agency’s service offerings.

  • Provide administrative support in tracking the sales funnel and preparing sales reports for management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-2 year of experience in business development, sales, or related role.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
