Business Development Executive II

The Business Development Executive II is a mid-level role focused on managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires experience in client outreach, developing proposals, and nurturing client relationships. The BDE II works more independently to drive revenue and grow the client base.

Scope of Work

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with medium-sized clients.

  • Develop client proposals and presentations to secure new business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads, targeting potential clients within the digital marketing space.

  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the agency’s services.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client companies to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and service agreements based on client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, strategy, creative) to develop solutions that align with client goals.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the agency’s revenue growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency and develop new business leads.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing to provide clients with relevant insights and value.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
