  • Provide strategic direction to the business development team, mentoring junior managers and supporting their professional growth.

  • Lead high-level sales presentations and pitches, tailoring the agency’s offerings to meet the specific needs of clients.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and maintain client satisfaction throughout the relationship.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and expansion into new markets.

  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and forums, building the agency’s brand and network.

  • Track and analyze business development performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 8-10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on digital marketing or advertising.

  • Proven experience in managing high-value client relationships and closing large deals.

  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends.
