
Digital Account Executive I
The Digital Account Executive I is a position responsible for supporting the management of client accounts by assisting with the execution of digital marketing strategies. This role involves learning about client relationship management, campaign coordination, and digital marketing tools.
Scope of Work
Supports the day-to-day management of client accounts.
Assists in coordinating digital marketing campaigns and delivering basic account services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the Account Manager in managing client communications and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.
Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid ads.
Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Coordinate between internal teams (creative, media, SEO, etc.) to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time.
Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, providing clients with updates and insights.
Help maintain client documentation, project timelines, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to support campaign execution.
Address and escalate any client issues or challenges to the Account Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in client services or account management, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and concepts (Google Analytics, social media, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
