Digital Account Executive II

The Digital Account Executive II is a mid-level role responsible for managing smaller client accounts or assisting in the management of larger accounts. This role requires experience in digital marketing and client relationship management, with a focus on executing campaigns and optimizing results.

Scope of Work

  • Independently manage mid-sized client accounts or assist with larger accounts.

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for smaller client accounts, managing communications, updates, and expectations.

  • Work with internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting insights and suggesting improvements.

  • Create detailed performance reports, analyzing campaign results and providing recommendations for optimization.

  • Coordinate with creative, media, and technical teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding current service offerings for clients.

  • Monitor client campaigns for adherence to KPIs and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are within scope.

  • Handle and resolve client issues with minimal supervision, escalating to the Account Manager when necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital account management or digital marketing.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
