
Digital Account Executive II
The Digital Account Executive II is a mid-level role responsible for managing smaller client accounts or assisting in the management of larger accounts. This role requires experience in digital marketing and client relationship management, with a focus on executing campaigns and optimizing results.
Scope of Work
Independently manage mid-sized client accounts or assist with larger accounts.
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for smaller client accounts, managing communications, updates, and expectations.
Work with internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media.
Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting insights and suggesting improvements.
Create detailed performance reports, analyzing campaign results and providing recommendations for optimization.
Coordinate with creative, media, and technical teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding current service offerings for clients.
Monitor client campaigns for adherence to KPIs and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are within scope.
Handle and resolve client issues with minimal supervision, escalating to the Account Manager when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital account management or digital marketing.
Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
