Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for large, complex client accounts.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals.
Lead internal teams (creative, media, analytics) to ensure the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis and reporting, providing high-level insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating campaign progress and addressing strategic opportunities or concerns.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure client retention and business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within scope, deadlines, and financial targets.
Mentor and guide junior account executives and team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in account management.
Work with the sales team on business development efforts, contributing to proposals and pitching services to potential clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-6+ years of experience in digital account management, with a proven track record of managing high-value clients.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex campaigns.
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills, with a strategic mindset.
Experience in analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
