Digital Account Executive III

The Digital Account Executive III is a senior role responsible for managing large, high-value client accounts, developing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns. Scope of Work

  • Manages high-value client accounts, providing strategic direction and leadership in campaign execution.

  • Oversees cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive digital marketing solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for large, complex client accounts.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals.

  • Lead internal teams (creative, media, analytics) to ensure the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and reporting, providing high-level insights and strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating campaign progress and addressing strategic opportunities or concerns.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure client retention and business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within scope, deadlines, and financial targets.

  • Mentor and guide junior account executives and team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in account management.

  • Work with the sales team on business development efforts, contributing to proposals and pitching services to potential clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 4-6+ years of experience in digital account management, with a proven track record of managing high-value clients.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex campaigns.

  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills, with a strategic mindset.

  • Experience in analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
