The Senior Digital Account Manager is a senior-level role responsible for leading the agency’s largest client accounts and managing high-level digital marketing strategies. Scope of Work

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Act as the strategic lead for the agency’s largest and most complex accounts, driving the overall direction of digital marketing initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

  • Lead the development of high-level digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring they align with the client’s business objectives.

High-Level Campaign Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale, multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, email, and social media.

  • Manage and optimize large campaign budgets to maximize ROI for clients.

  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze complex performance data across multiple channels, providing insights that guide future marketing decisions.

  • Present in-depth reports and strategic recommendations to clients, showcasing how campaigns have impacted business growth.

  • Implement advanced analytics tools and dashboards to track performance, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead a team of junior and mid-level account managers, ensuring consistency in client communication and project management.

  • Provide mentorship, training, and professional development for team members to build their digital marketing knowledge and skills.

  • Collaborate with other department leads to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across teams (SEO, paid media, content, creative, etc.).

Client Growth & Retention

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital marketing services to existing clients.

  • Work with business development and sales teams to create proposals and pitch new ideas to current clients.

  • Ensure long-term client retention by consistently delivering measurable results and value through agency services.

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and create tailored marketing solutions.

  • Oversee the execution of client campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or account management, preferably within an agency setting.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and identifying opportunities.

  • Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
