Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor a team of senior digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities.

  • Set performance expectations for the team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work that aligns with client objectives.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the digital marketing department.

High-Level Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to high-profile clients, providing expert recommendations on digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Foster partnerships with technology providers, influencers, and industry experts to enhance the agency’s digital marketing capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring senior professionals.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence high-profile clients.
