The Digital Marketing Specialist III is a senior-level role responsible for leading the agency’s most complex digital marketing strategies and campaigns. This individual is an expert in digital marketing and serves as a mentor to junior team members. They are responsible for delivering results across multiple marketing channels, managing key client accounts, and driving business growth.
Scope of Work
Lead the planning and execution of advanced digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
Develop and optimize comprehensive digital strategies for high-profile clients, ensuring their business objectives are met.
Serve as a key advisor and mentor to junior team members, providing leadership and guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Create content calendars, ensuring the timely delivery of content across all channels.
Optimize campaign elements (keywords, creatives, targeting) to improve performance.
High-Level Strategy Development
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives, including long-term growth plans.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to create tailored digital marketing plans.
Lead cross-channel strategies that integrate SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing.
Advanced SEO & Technical Optimization
Lead advanced SEO initiatives, including technical SEO audits, mobile optimization, site speed enhancements, and schema markup.
Implement and manage off-page SEO strategies such as link-building and influencer outreach.
Track and analyze SEO performance across multiple client accounts, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Paid Media Strategy & Optimization
Manage large-scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Implement advanced PPC strategies, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience retargeting, and dynamic ad creation.
Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Data Analysis & Insights
Lead in-depth analysis of campaign performance across all digital channels, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Use advanced analytics tools and dashboards (Google Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.) to track and visualize KPIs.
Present detailed, data-driven reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their digital marketing goals are met through strategic campaigns.
Provide clients with expert advice on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level digital marketing specialists, ensuring their work aligns with agency standards.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members, ensuring the growth of internal talent.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging creative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
4-6+ years of experience in the field.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Good understanding of digital marketing principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
