High-Level Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that span SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing for large-scale client accounts.

  • Oversee the execution of complex multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and successful campaign delivery across all digital touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage a team of junior and mid-level digital specialists, providing direction, coaching, and support.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the digital marketing team.

  • Provide mentorship to team members, helping them develop advanced skills and knowledge in digital marketing.

Advanced SEO, PPC & Analytics

  • Lead advanced SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, mobile optimization, and advanced site audits.

  • Oversee and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, implementing strategies like dynamic ads, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies to achieve maximum ROI.

Client Relationship & Strategic Consultation

  • Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, providing strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives and trends.

  • Lead client meetings, presenting detailed reports on campaign performance and offering expert recommendations for future initiatives.

  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction by continuously delivering measurable results that contribute to their business objectives.

Data-Driven Reporting & Optimization

  • Lead the development of in-depth performance reports, integrating data from various marketing channels to provide a holistic view of campaign success.

  • Present insights and recommendations to clients and senior management, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

New Business Development & Growth

  • Play a key role in new client acquisition by developing and presenting strategic proposals that showcase the agency’s expertise in digital marketing.

  • 6-8+ years of experience in the field.

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Extremely knowledgeable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
